I bought a baby bounce seat in the Milford CT store during the summer and used it only a few times.(we're the grandparents and they live out of town; and baby outgrew it.

Today 11/19/14; my husband tried to sell it back and they wouldn't take it because they said it had spots on it. (the spots were there when we bought it) I will never go back to the store again and will make sure that I tell everyone I know about this horrible store.

I didn't expect much money either; after all, it's a second hand store.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $8.

Preferred solution: My solution is I won't go there again to purchase anything for my grand daughter..
