Bad customer service
One of their shift managers over charged my bank card and its been a week later and Ive yet to receive my money all Im getting is a run around and no one trying to compensate me for their mistake Im the only one hurting by their mess up. Crazy the actual store managers hasnt even reached out to me to apologize or even tell me what theyve done to correct this mistake. Now Im being told their bank (chase) had a system issue itll be 7-10 days on my refund that shouldnt of been out of my account in the first place.
User's recommendation: Take EXACT amount you plan on spending and DO NOT use DEBIT/CREDIT cards in this store.

With my attorney law firm as stated they didn't treat respect, then claim states "not offered fair price for cost goods being sold"another thing mention contact store manager states "not follow up with corporate" now take matters into my own hands contacting internal revenue service do full service internal audit for Wyoming, Michigan location.

I will be reporting these people to BB I left a review and they dont even apologize for the horrible customer service. Nothing but excuses!

What resources do hold from start? How long do train employees? Last final thought share with you such hard time finding dedicated employees want to work and there compassion, and understanding what retail sector involves guess that's all I have.

When did offer free donuts
Company joke even sell brand new clothes they don't appreciate nothing have never ever gotten thank you card they very rude have contacted u.s. license bureau of Lansing Michigan see business review by state of Michigan therefore any claims would have be circulated through courts before able resubmit for license extension by u.s. department of treasury.

The manager was very rude.She called me back 30 minutes later and asked me to come in and review my merchandise. I drove to the store and as I get in the door the manager is yelling at me asking questions like " where do you get all this baby stuff at. First and foremost my girlfriend has 5 grandchildren. She then proceeds to tell the other employees to call the police. I feel as if I was being discriminated. I was also very embarrassed. I plan on contacting my attorney and also the news about this....Law suit may follow as tgis

After taking in 2 totes of freshly laundered and folded excellent condition clothes they said they were buying 20 items and returned the rest. But when I checked my tote I noticed my boots and dress shoes were not in there. I could see them in another tote but they didn't pay me for them.
