Its crazy how different the stores are with what they take. One store i brought a bunch of stuff they insisted smelt like smoke but were never around smoke.
The lady was rude and was a cig smoker herself, which means maybe a smoker shouldnt check the items. So i took them home tried to contact them about my experience and all they could say was come back in and see a manager to have them do your intake barely even an apology for this incident. I said i wouldnt go back there. Well i wanted to give this store another chance months later.
I literally took a bin cleaned it then washed and dried 3 decent loads of clothes and immediatly put them in the clean bin still hot out the dryer. Brought the closed bin and put it in the trunk of my car immediatly. I dropped of the bin went back and was told they were all damp mind you i then reached in pulled something out and said so thats damp (it was dry). The lady was trying to be nice but wouldnt admit that it was dry.
She said well i wasnt the one who did it this is just what it said. Then she said og and they smelt like smoke. Mind you i cleaned the bin and washed and dryed the clothes same day i brought and no one smoked cigs in the house or car the clothes were in. I then proceed to ask someone to smell for me not in the store and they said smells like fresh clean clothes.
They low ball on kids shoes and frankly this one ct store sucks.
Never again will i go there i would rather travel to a different one. Which is their loss seeing i live down the street and have 2 kids outgrowing everything practicly brand new
