I had one big tote packed FULL of baby girl clothes NB-12MO. Seriously, the lid wouldn't even fit on the container there were so many clothes.

I had washed all the clothes, folded them, and drove 45 minutes to drop the bucket off. They told me it would be about an hour. I went back an hour and 15 minutes later and they said it would be another 30-45 minutes so I got in the car to go get something to drink. I didn't even get 5 minutes down the road before I got a phone call saying they had a quote for me. I turned around, only to find out, out of an entire tub of clothes, they would only take 1 winter sleeper for $2.50.

I would never donate torn or stained clothes to another child. I wouldn't put my own child in torn or stained clothes so for them to tell me they were in bad shape is ridiculous. They are rude and make you feel embarrassed. I would NOT recommend bringing clothes there. You're better off donating them to the Goodwill or Salvation Army where any clothes are appreciated!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
